Questions
Does the person I give it to need an app?
No. They scan the card with the camera of their phone and it opens in the browser, on iPhone and Android.
How do I print the card?
You get a print-ready PDF. Print it at home on thick paper or at any print shop. The front with the photo must stay flat to scan; fold the rest however you like.
What if they forget the answer to my question?
You can add a hint and more than one accepted answer, and capital letters, spaces, accents and one small typo are forgiven. If they are still stuck, you can send them a direct link.
Is the page private?
The page has a long, random link that is not listed anywhere or shown to search engines, and it opens only after your question is answered. Anyone you forward the link to and who knows the answer can open it, so share it as you would a letter.
How soon is it ready?
A person on our team checks every gift before it goes out, so you receive your card PDF and gift page link within 24 hours of ordering, usually much sooner.
Can I send it from abroad?
Yes. Send the link by WhatsApp or Instagram, and they print the card where they are, or later.
What does it cost, and how do I pay?
US$12 per gift, one payment, no subscription. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, or by FPX online banking in Malaysia. Stripe handles the payment, so we never see your card number.
